EASY MALIBU Piña colada
This easy Malibu Pina Colada recipe with coconut rum is the perfect cocktail! It’s the best way to enjoy all the tastes of the tropics with classical pineapple and coconut flavours backed with a boozy kick of rum!
Recommended BAR KIT Tools
Blender, we use a Nutri Bullet
Hurricane glasses (or other tall glass)
Shot glass (or small measuring cup)
Cocktail shaker (if making them on the rocks)
INGREDIENTS
Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
Rum, we use Malibu
Cream of coconut, we use coconut syrup
Pineapple juice
Crushed ice
Optional: Fresh pineapple or fruit to top it off
To make this recipe non-alcoholic, all you have to is omit the rum.
To give it a little rum flavor, you can add a drop or two of rum extract to the blender with the other ingredients.
RECIPE
Combine a cup of frozen or fresh pineapple and a cup of ice in a blender.
Add in a cup of pineapple juice.
Pour a shot or two of Malibu rum, and add to blender.
Add two shots of cream of coconut or coconut syrup into the blender.
Blend until smooth and pour into a tall cocktail glass. Add pineapple or other fruit to the rim of the glass for garnish.
